Rosa was also raised in Porto Alegre. She accepted the Lord as her Savior at the age of 18, and then was baptized. She was also greatly involved in the ministry of her local church from childhood. Currently, she is a great help in our church plant ministry. She teaches the Children and the ladies of our church, and helps in the music program and is Vlademir's faithful companion in our visitation and counseling ministries. Our family is truly blessed to have such a hard-working, virtuous woman in our team.
Lucas Andrew (L) and John Mark (R) are a great asset to our ministry. They are both saved and love the Lord and are always ready to help. Lucas helps with the Children's programs. He is also taking violin lessons. Johnny is mostly involved in the music program. He plays both the guitar and the piano. They were both born in Greenville, SC, while Vlademir and Rosa went to College. Johnny and Lucas are currently being homeschooled.

Vlademir was born and raised in Porto Alegre, the capital of the southern most state of Brazil. He was saved at the age of 6 and baptized a year later. He had always been involved in the ministry of his local church as he grew up. He was a Junior at College (Electrical Engineering Major) and a 2nd Lieutenant in the Brazilian Army Reserves when God called him to preach. He married Rosa in 1987, helped start a Baptist Church in Porto Alegre and then, in 1990, they moved to Greenville, SC, where they both attended Bob Jones University. Vlademir finished both a B.A. and an M.A. in Bible at BJU. Currently, he is working towards a D. Min. degree at Andersonville Theological Seminary, in Georgia. Vlademir and his family have been doing church planting ministry in Itajaí, Santa Catarina State, Brazil. They will be on furlough from September 2010 through April 2011.
